Electrical Shell & Core Installation
AC Group Projects were proud to be awarded their first project with new Client Briggs & Forrester Living back in October 2019 to undertake the full electrical shell and core installation, including the provision of cable, containment and accessories.
This prestigious project is situated on the waters edge on Liverpool's Princes Dock and forms an important part of the overall Peel Land and Property's £5 billion Liverpool Waters regeneration project. Providing 325 new apartments, gym, sky lounge, rooftop garden, private dining, cinema room and parking, The Lexington is a formidable addition to Liverpool's skyline being only a stones throw from the iconic Royal Liver Building.
This impressive 'build to rent' residential tower was constructed by Beijing Construction Engineering Group (BCEG) on behalf of MODA Living at a cost of approximately £90 million. It was completed in September 2021, with the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services being undertaken by Briggs & Forrester Living.
At £860,000, AC Group Projects completed their installation successfully, cementing a close and ongoing working relationship with our new Client.
